Oggi va così entrecôte frollate 180 giorni con un valpollicella dal forno dopo una bella sciata

Buonasera a tutti, apericena, in clima natalizio, con il sempre ottimo Charles Heidsieck accompagnato da crostini con burro, storione fumè, salmone e sesamo, e acciughe.
Ahimè mancava dell'ottimo caviale.
Per concludere non poteva mancare IL panettone e un'eccellente Sauternes.
