Cartier presented the latest interpretations of the iconic Tank model with new masculine sizes and almost square-shaped dials.
The Tank MC Skeleton plays the role of the star.
The 43.90 mm x 39.10 mm case is made of palladium, a metal of the same family of platinum but less dense (hence lighter). The octagonal crown is also made of palladium and set with a sapphire. The dial is dominated by the sword-shaped hands in blued steel and the III, VI, IX, and XII Roman numerals.
The hand-wound Calibre 9611 is individually numbered and offers a power reserve of 72 hours. Thickness is 9.3 mm.
The other new Tank MC models house the self-winding Calibre 1904 MC manufacture movement, with its oscillating weight visible through the sapphire case back, and are available in steel or pink gold.
The guilloché dial, with the typical rail track and Roman numerals, can be white or black. Size is 44 mm x 34.3 mm.
