Cassa 45 mm in oro rosso oppure oro bianco. Da notare i due quadranti diversi. Quello del PAM00503 Oro Bianco con indici lineari e puntiformi.

Officine Panerai presented the Radiomir 1940 Chrono Monopulsante 8 Days GMT Oro Rosso (PAM00502) and Radiomir 1940 Chrono Monopulsante 8 Days GMT Oro Bianco (PAM00503), two new Special Editions which combine the case design of the Radiomir 1940 with the P.2004 Manufacture movement.

Relaunched by Officine Panerai in 2012, the Radiomir 1940 case has strap attachments and proportions similar to the Luminor 1950 but without the crown-protection device.

Made in red gold or white gold and 45 mm in diameter, the case has a cylindrical winding crown with the Officine Panerai logo in relief and a single push-piece at eight o’clock which controls all the chronometer functions.

The hand-wound P.2004/10 calibre, entirely developed and created by Officine Panerai in the Neuchâtel factory, features three barrels for a power reserve of eight days. The running time remaining is displayed by the linear power reserve indicator on the dial.

The chronograph column wheel is visible through the sapphire window set in the caseback which allows the owner to appreciate the finishing of the movement with its skeletonized bridges.

The two new models Radiomir 1940 Chrono Monopulsante 8 Days GMT models differ from each other not only for the case material but also for colour and design of the dial. In the red gold version the brown dial with satiné soleil finish has the Panerai classic large figures and bar hour markers. Instead, the white gold version has a black dial without figures and with bar and dot hour markers.

Both models are water resistant to five atmospheres (about 50 metres).

Niente male!
