Franck Muller just presented the new Vanguard (ref. V45SCDT), a sporty yet stylish timepiece whose black brushed dial is characterized by aggressive appliqué relief numbers with polished and brushed finish.
The hours and minutes hands are skeletonised and treated with Super-LumiNova with the red-tipped seconds hand to add a touch of colour. Red details are also used for the minute scale and for the NE, NW, SE and SW intermediate points on the rehaut with cardinal directions, in this case just a styling element, not a functional one.
The signature Curvex case is available in stainless steel, titanium or red gold. The Vanguard is 44 mm wide and 53.70 mm long with a height of 12.80 mm.
The large winding crown has three positions, the intermediate position allowing the adjustment of the date shown on the circular aperture at 6 o'clock.
The Franck Muller Vanguard houses the Calibre FM 0800, an automatic movement beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offering 42 hours of power reserve.
Instead of the regular spring-bar technique, the croco strap with rubber inside is smoothly integrated into the case using two unseen screws.

è un orologio che va esaminato con più foto e info...da l'idea di essere molto ergonomico...vi sono elementi interessanti...visto così però non mi attizza alcun desiderio...

Mi chiedo perchè in Franck Muller abbiano deciso di snaturare le belle forme della cassa cintre curvex. Questo, come tanti altri della nuova collezione, è, a mio parere, inguardabile. . -
