Ciao,
nessuno rilascia le iso, tant'e' che non puoi utilizzare il marchio ISO da nessuna parte tranne dopo espressa richiesta alla Societa' svizzera. Le societa' che certificano le iso sono societa private che nulla hanno ache fare con la ISO svizzera, ma semplicemente attestano che la societa' x ( ad esempio ) si comporta rispettando la normativa ISO per quello specifico settore. Ma non e' una societa' di controllo ISO, i quali non hanno enti certificatori interni.
I privati hanno messo su le societa private che attestano dopo indagine ( piu' o meno seria) la conformita' gli standard dettati dalla ISO ( tra l'altro ricordo che non e' obbligatoria).
La societa' privata che ha testato l'altofondale ha certificato la rispondenza dell'orologio alla normativa ISO per quel settore specifico
testandolo secondo le procedure dettate dal protocollo relativo e sotto la proria responsabilita' lo ha giudicato conforme.

ISO develops International Standards, including management system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 31000. However, it is not involved in the certification to any of the standards it develops. Certification is performed by external certification bodies, which are largely private. Therefore a company or organization cannot be certified by ISO.

•ask whether the body is accredited. Accreditation is not an obligation and if an organization is not accredited it does not necessarily mean it is not reputable. "Can I use ISO's logo?
ISO does not permit anyone to use the ISO logo in connection with certification. The ISO logo is a registered trademark and cannot be used by anyone outside of ISO, unless authorised. As ISO does not perform certification it would be misleading to allow its logo to be used in this way"

Dal sito CITIZENMANIA c'e' la speiegazione di come funzionano i test per la certificazione Citizen
Seiko, Orient, Citizen, e tutte e case che hanno in listino orologi "diver's" fanno cosi' e si devono costruire da se la attrezzatura per i test in saturazione e cerfificare come " mixed gas saturation diver" oltre che " diver's" ( chi lo fa) perche' non esiste in commercio alcuna attrezzatura specifica. Quelli di altofondale hanno fatto altrettanto.
