Ho recuperato, al solito mercatino, una scatola abbandonata piena di movimenti e vecchi orologi. Tra i tanti mi ha incuriosito questo 
aperto con un po' di difficoltà, smontato, e sorpresa, il movimento appariva in ottimo stato. Pulizia leggera del movimento e accurata dei contatti batteria nuova e .................
viaggia perfetto e preciso.
una pulitina alla cassa incrostatissima un bracciale diirecupero e prova polso. preciso al secondo.
il movimento è un PUW 1001 porta. sulla rete ho trovato queste notizie:
This movement was the second electromechanical movement, which was produced in Pforzheim, Germany. When it was launched in 1969, it was so precise, and could even be regulated by a micrometer screw, that it ran within the chronometer specifications.
Qualcuno ha qualche notizia in più e un'idea del prezzo di vendita dell'epoca e del valore attuale.

Technically, it was built the traditional way: Balance with coil, electric contacts and permanent magnet. There was one speciality with the permanent magnets: With releasing just one screw, the whole plate with the magnets could be pulled away, giving free access to the balance.
This movement was produces a few years only and the replaced by a new movement without electric contacts.
Due to the usage of electric contacts, the expected life time was onmy about seven years. This means, that working movements are very hard to find nowadays.
